In same policyman directory there is lte_feature_restrictions.xml file. OnePlus has limited DSS (Dynamic Spectrum Sharing) for certain networks. You can then confirm 5G SA is enabled in UE Capability message. Then you have to use Network Signal Guru to change NR5G Mode from NSA to NSA/SA or SA. You can enable it just add same way like added. It’s enabled only certain networks like T-Mobile US. The 5G SA is disabled by default in OnePlus phones. You can try also put phone to Airplane mode on / off. Go to outside and move to closer of 5G tower.
